Dress hem!

What you need!

* Buttons,gems,sequins,ect.ect
*Glue
*A DRESS,SKIRT,TROUSERS,JAKET OR T-SHIRT!!!!


1) First lay out your buttons,sequins ect.
2)Glue them on
3)Look GLAM!
